We are committed to bringing you and your guests the highest standards of quality food, beverage and service. We’ve developed the following guidelines to assist you in planning your event. We offer you full service event planning and catering with first rate menus created by our award winning Chef and culinary team. Please review the following guidelines and policies, as- they will assist you in pre-planning of your event.

MENUS

In addition to our standard catering menus, we can also provide you with the advantage of custom menu planning to meet any creative or budgetary needs of your event.

EVENT STAFFING 

Event staffing is variable and will be determined at the time of booking (based on the guest count and Event Type). The Event Manager will inform you of the staffing planned for your Event. Staffing pricing includes 1 hour for onsite pre-Event set up, 3 hours for Event duration, and 1 hours for post-Event breakdown/cleanup.

SALES TAX & FEES 

All food & beverage items are subject to a 20% Service Fee and 9.25% sales tax

GUARANTEES

The minimum number of attendees is due (7) business days prior to the scheduled event; after which time we can only accept an increase in the number attending. This number shall be considered a minimum guarantee and is not subject to reduction. If a guaranteed count is not received seven (7) business days prior, the original stated number of guests will serve as your guarantee. We will charge for the guaranteed number of guests at the contracted rate or the actual number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater, plus all miscellaneous charges as stated on the Catering Event Order. All changes shall be done through management.

PAYMENT

A credit card number is required prior to the event as a guarantee on any additional charges that you may incur, as well as a deposit totaling 50% of the food & beverage minimum not including taxes and fees. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is due at the time of booking and will be used towards the final total. All additional charges, including the remaining food & beverage minimum will be due in full (48 hours) before the event. Payment may be made in credit card, cash or check.
